During the Covid-19 pandemic we will be running a free local delivery service available to postcodes PL22, PL23 & PL24. Please select the local delivery option at the check out for this service. We will then contact you via email to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Please select free local delivery at checkout and then email email@example.com to confirm your collection point.
DELIVERY VIA ROYAL MAIL
We use Royal Mail for other deliveries. Where possible orders are sent out on the following working day after the order has been placed.

UK 1st class 1-2 working days £5.95
UK 2nd class 2-5 working days £3.50
FREE delivery on orders over £50
We can gift wrap books for you and add a gift card if you want to send the book as a present. Please email after purchase to request this service.
All books come with one of our lovely branded bookmarks too!
Please ensure you provide a full delivery address, we cannot be held responsible for a wrongly delivered item due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you have made a mistake at checkout please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to fix it.
For INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY please email us firstname.lastname@example.org for price and estimated time.
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but if you change your mind you have 14 days from receipt to return or exchange your item. Goods must be unused and in the original packaging.

Or you can drop off in person at any of the collection points.
We recommend you package the item securely and insure it for returning by post. We cannot be help responsible for items that go missing or are damaged in the post.
Once we have received the item in good condition we will issue a refund to the original payment method. P&P are non-refundable.
If an item you receive is faulty, damaged or poor quality you must notify us within 24 hours or receipt with images. Please send to email@example.com. Once we have received your complaint we will replace or issue a refund.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or inaccurately described goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
